Opening duplicate Accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of it, or the identity of any other person — is strictly prohibited. 333pk uses technical and identity-verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 333pk reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close all associated Accounts and to void any winnings generated during any period of duplication.
When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
333pk may require you to submit identity documentation at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport or driving licence), proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify 333pk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. 333pk will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may access and use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful.
333pk makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures and events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
You are responsible for obtaining the hardware, software and internet connectivity required to access the Platform. 333pk is not responsible for any charges you incur from your network provider in connection with your use of the Platform, including data charges which may apply to users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and other Pakistani cities accessing the Platform via mobile data.
333pk recognises various payment methods for account funding, including familiar options used by Pakistani players. The availability of any specific payment method is not guaranteed and may change without prior notice. Payment method names referenced on this Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT) are listed as recognised options only and do not imply any endorsement of, affiliation with or partnership with 333pk by those providers.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the Account cashier section. 333pk reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified Accounts. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amounts are displayed on the Platform, they are shown as a convenience reference. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: palpable errors in odds, abandonment or significant alteration of the relevant sporting event, technical errors that cause incorrect market settlements, or any evidence of irregular betting activity. Stakes on void bets will be returned to the Account Balance.
In-play markets on cricket (including PSL and ICC events), football, UFC and other live sports are subject to real-time suspension and re-pricing. Bets accepted before a material change in event status (such as a wicket falling or a red card being issued) will generally stand, provided no error has occurred. 333pk's ruling on disputed in-play bet outcomes is final.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 333pk's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
333pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Account holders via email or in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333pk is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
For disputes related to individual bet outcomes, the decision of 333pk's trading and risk management team is final, subject to the disputes procedure described in the Platform's Help Centre.
